Passengers must make sure they take their luggage with them upon disembarking. Luggage should be clearly marked with name and contact information. Vy is not liable for any loss of luggage or damage caused by other passengers. Should passengers mix up their luggage, our customer centre will attempt to put the passengers in touch with each other.
