Ticket Information
Round trip discount
Round trip tickets are automatically charged at a reduced rate.

- The round trip fare applies only to adult tickets, because the round-trip discount is not combined with any of the other types of discounts listed below.
Child tickets
All children under the age of 4 ride free with us.
Child tickets apply to children aged from 4-15 years.
Family discount
A Family ticket has the same cost as a one-way adult ticket. The ticket admits one adult and up to four of their children aged from 4-15 years. Family tickets do not apply to school groups, sports teams or other larger groups traveling together.

- The family discount cannot be used for round-trip tickets.
Student discount
Full-time students under the age of 31 will receive a student discount.
Valid proof must be presented to the driver on boarding. Valid certificates are:

- Student card with confirmation of paid semester fee,
- digital student certificate on mobile,
- or documentation / school certificate from school or teacher company that confirms schooling this semester together with bank card, driver's license, passport or other identification with photo.
- For students studying abroad, only ISIC cards are valid as student IDs.
No discount is granted to participants for short evening courses or language courses.
Military discount
Conscripted soldiers who are in their first term of service receive a discount on one-way tickets.

- A military ID card or summons for first-time service must be presented unsolicited upon boarding.
Senior discount
The senior discount is given to everyone who is over 67 years of age, blind, or having a disability status from NAV.

- Valid proof / identification must be presented to the driver when boarding. Fellow travelers who do not meet the requirements are not given a discount.
Companion Discount
Only companions accompanying deaf and blind travelers may ride free of charge. Beyond that, no discount is given to a companion / traveler with a companion certificate.
